We hereby apply for Membership of the Hong Kong Computer Industry Association Limited, and if accepted, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Association, as may be laid down by the Board from time to time.
本公司茲申請加入香港電腦業總會有限公司，如蒙接納，本公司願恪守理事會不時頒行之會章。
Choose Membership 選擇會籍 (HKD)
企業和合作夥伴入會費需隨全職、助理和一般會員的申請支付。不同類別會員的入會費和年費標準由理事會不定期訂定。
根據聯合會員協議的相關安排，若社會會員同時為某機構的會員，其年費將受相關規定約束。
年費在會員資格開始時到期，並在入會一年後的周年月份到期。如未在到期日後28天內支付會費，理事會可決定取消該會員資格。
在自願辭職或被逐出社會時，入會費和會費均不予退還或轉讓給該會員。

閣下提供之個人資料（包括姓名、聯絡電話、傳真號碼、通訊地址和電郵地址）將會用於處理、評估和管理閣下登記出席本活動之用。如有查詢及修改閣下的個人資料，請發電郵至 info@hkcia.hk。香港電腦業協會將會使用您所提供的個人資料作有關用途。

Please attach a recent photo of representative, a photocopy of Business Registration Certificate and transfer for the appropriate amount made payable to the “Hong Kong Computer Industry Association Limited”, Bank of Communications Account Number: 382-538-1-026808-01 then email it to our Office info@hkcia.hk
